Parallèlement, deux actions seront associées à cet évènement : - Une sensibilisation de l´activité sportive HANDIGOLF avec la participation d´Alexia GIRAULT, championne d´Europe et de Nino OURABAH, ex capitaine des équipes de France. - Une journée dédiée à l´entreprenariat féminin Montalbanais parrainée par le Crédit Agricole.
Entrée gratuite avec une restauration réservée au public, venez nombreux soutenir les futures stars du circuit international féminin !
Cette compétition, unique en Occitanie, fortement soutenu par la ville de Montauban, a pris sa place dans le calendrier international grâce au concours actif du Golf de Montauban l´Estang, de l´association sportive du golf et d´une vingtaine de partenaires privés.
The inaugural MONTAUBAN LADIES OPEN – TROPHEE OLYMPE DE GOUGES will commence on June 17th, 2019 at Le Golf de Montauban L’Estang. This international women’s event is one of six French stages of the Ladies European Tournament Access Series. That is also comprised of another 20 tournaments all over Europe. 126 women players representing 20 nations will be received on Monday, June 17th. Course reconnaissance will commence on Tuesday, June 18th. On Wednesday, June 19th, we are hosting an international PRO AM event. Teams of four players will be composed of three amateurs and one professional women. With a 40,000€ total prize purse, the official competition begins on Thursday, June 20th and ends on Saturday June 22nd.
In addition to the main event, we will be showcasing:
HANDIGOLF led by Alexia GIRAULT, European champion and Nino OURABAH, previous captain of the French team.
Regional female entrepreneurship sponsored by Crédit Agricole.
The entrance is free and there will be a restore point for the public. Come and bring all your friends to support the future stars of this international championship !
